What Character Path does
Character Path helps you plan character-art portfolio projects, manage scope, record time and distinguish completed work from quality reviews. Estimates are indicative: they do not guarantee a completion date, professional quality or an academic or employment outcome.
The current planner uses rules. Quality reviews and group feedback are human decisions; this version does not send projects to an AI model for assessment.
Access and accounts
The /preview demo requires no registration. Do not enter sensitive information or other people's personal data. Demo data may disappear on expiry or restart. The /studio service requires an approved, verified email address, display name, password and adult declaration. Access remains subject to authorisation; these terms do not announce open registration.
Keep credentials confidential, provide accurate details and report unauthorised access to thecharacterpath@gmail.com. Registration requests no identity document or date of birth. Google and Apple sign-in and paid subscriptions are not active.
Intellectual property and shared projects
Rights to Character Path software, design and its own materials belong to the owner or respective licensors. Access permits use of available project organisation features; it does not transfer software ownership or authorise exploitation or redistribution outside the law.
You retain rights to your projects. You grant only a non-exclusive permission to perform operations necessary for the requested service: storage, processing, thumbnails, backups and display to people you authorise. This does not permit selling your work, using it in advertising or training AI models.
Only upload material you may lawfully use and avoid unnecessary third-party personal data. Sharing grants access to the group owner and designated reviewers, including those added later; their names appear in the group. Projects are not automatically shared with other artists or published as portfolios. You may stop sharing; copies already downloaded by authorised recipients cannot be recalled.
Responsible use, availability and closure
Do not introduce unlawful content, access others' accounts, extract information without permission or compromise the service. Abuse, serious breach or security risks may lead to proportionate restrictions or suspension. Reasons and a contact for review will be provided unless law or security prevents this.
Maintenance and incidents can interrupt service. Use available exports and keep your originals. Uninterrupted operation and artistic, academic or employment results are not guaranteed. Liability and rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
You may stop using the service and request account closure and erasure at thecharacterpath@gmail.com. Closure is handled by contact; there is no complete account-deletion button. Retention and data rights are explained in the Privacy policy.
Changes, complaints and applicable law
The current service is free. Future paid offers must provide pricing, duration, renewal, cancellation and applicable rights before a separate purchase. Publishing new terms does not turn a free account into a paid subscription.
Revisions are identified by their review date. Material changes affecting existing accounts must be communicated appropriately and require renewed acceptance where applicable. Reading a privacy policy does not constitute consent to optional processing.
Send enquiries and complaints to thecharacterpath@gmail.com. Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of applicable mandatory protections. Jurisdiction follows the law; no waiver of consumers' competent courts is imposed.
